Andrea Pin – Associate Professor in Comparative Law, University of Padua

Andrea Pin is associate professor in constitutional and comparative law at the University of Padua. He holds a PhD from the University of Turin. He has clerked at the Italian Constitutional Court since 2011. He is a senior fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. He has authored two books, edited two books, and translated two additional books into Italian. His fields of study cover law and religion, comparative perspectives on human rights, comparative federalism, and constitutional interpretation.
